2. Legal Document Assistant Services

Opsequium Legal Support Solutions is operated by a certified and bonded Legal Document Assistant (LDA), registered in Los Angeles County, California (LDA Registration #_________), with registration valid until MM/DD/YYYY. As an LDA, we are authorized to prepare legal documents at the specific direction of self-represented individuals. Disclaimer: We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, represent you in court, or select forms for you. No attorney-client relationship is created by the use of our services.

3. Notary Services

We provide notary public services in compliance with California law. Important Notice: In accordance with California Business and Professions Code § 6400 et seq., we cannot notarize any documents that we have assisted in preparing. Clients requiring notarization for such documents must obtain a separate notary service. All notarizations are performed in strict adherence to California notary public laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Opsequium Legal Support Solutions and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payments for services are required in full prior to the commencement of any work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Refunds are strictly limited to situations where services cannot be performed due to our error. Refunds will not be provided for completed work, services rendered, or changes in a client’s circumstances. Chargebacks or disputes filed with payment processors will be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opsequium Legal Support Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site or services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site or provided during the course of our services.
