Are you an attorney?

No. Opsequium Legal Support Solutions is not a law firm and we are not attorneys. We cannot provide legal advice or legal representation. We are a registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA) authorized under California law to prepare legal documents based on information provided by the client.


What is a Legal Document Assistant (LDA)?

A Legal Document Assistant is a registered and bonded professional who assists individuals with preparing legal documents for self-representation. LDAs cannot provide legal advice or represent clients in court.


Are you registered?

Yes. Opsequium Legal Support Solutions is registered and bonded in Los Angeles County in accordance with California Business and Professions Code Section 6400.

What types of documents can you help prepare?

We assist with preparing documents related to:

Can you guarantee that my documents will be accepted by the court?

What if I don’t know which forms I need?

We can explain the purpose of different documents so you can decide which forms you would like prepared. If you need legal advice or help selecting forms, you should consult a licensed attorney.


Can you guarantee the court will accept my documents?


Courts make the final decision regarding document acceptance. We prepare documents based on the information provided by the client and in accordance with procedural requirements, but acceptance is ultimately determined by the court.
